In Australia, the pub is open three days a week and in Diageo's Canadian and U.S. offices, there are weekly "pub nights" with complimentary food and drinks.Though the excess of alcohol may keep workers giddy with delight, the open and opportunity-filled work environment is really what keeps them happy in the office. A well-framed proposition or idea will get air time, be fairly considered, and launched if it has legs," says an employee. |
