Tipping the Scales首次发布的美国法学院排行榜不仅考察了候选法学院的入学难度，还考虑了它们毕业生的就业前景以及未来能够获得的薪酬。根据这些指标，斯坦福大学法学院在全美法学院中高居榜首。耶鲁大学和哈佛大学法学院也进入了三甲。
