    What they're looking for: operations and call center representatives, branch distribution, IT, analysts, process/project managers, bank risk managers, sales, mortgage, and more.

    Job title with the largest number of openings: The company is looking to hire 1,112 call center reps.

    Secrets to impressing their recruiters: "What we look for in a candidate varies from role to role. For example, tellers and contact center representatives have to be extremely customer-oriented and committed to resolving any issues. They need to be able to process information quickly and provide solutions," says Tommy Blanchard, vice president of recruiting. "Just as we use data to drive our business strategies, we use information to identify the best people to join our company. We look for people with strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills combined with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Candidates need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment."
