Fortune Media Hong Kong Limited, supported by its worldwide affiliated companies (Fortune Media Hong Kong Limited is hereinafter referred to as "Fortune" or "We"), solemnly promises to protect the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You") of Fortune products and services (hereinafter referred to as "Fortune Services"). If you use or continue to use Fortune Services, this shows your consent that we collect, use, store, and share your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
I. the information we may collect
(1) Information not related to personal identity:
When you use the Fortune Services, we may collect and aggregate information such as the user's source path, access order, such as recording the source path of each user using the Fortune Services, browser software, etc.
(2) Information about personal identity:

We gather your information mainly so that you and other users can use Fortune Services more easily and satisfactorily. Fortune aims to provide a secure, fun, and meaningful Internet experience to all Internet users. And the above information helps us to achieve this goal.
Please note that if the information you provide contains other people's personal information, you should ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing it to Fortune. Fortune will default that you have been authorized and can store and use other people's personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, if you disclose your personal information uploaded or posted in public areas visible to other users in the Fortune Services, or in your response to information uploaded or posted by others, such information may be collected and used by others. In order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize your service experience and ensure the security of your account, we will collect your equipment identification, hardware parameters, system version, network status and records, system logs and other information.

We or our third-party partners may collect your information through cookie, identifiers and related technologies, including your device information, browsing information, click information, and store such information as log information to provide you with personalized user experience and service security. You can reject or manage the use of cookie s, identifiers, or related technologies through your browser settings. At the same time, in order to ensure the stable operation of our products or the implementation of related functions of our products, we may access the software development package (SDK) provided by a third party to achieve the aforementioned purpose.

5. Associated start

6. Information you provide. For example:

8. In order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize your service experience and ensure the security of your account, we will collect your device ID, hardware parameters, system version, network status and records, system logs and other information. Our products integrate with Alliance +SDK, Alliance +SDK collects device identifiers (IMEI/Mac/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) for unique identification of devices, in order to provide device application performance monitoring services and statistical analysis services; Provide anti-cheating services by collecting location information, eliminate cheating devices, and troubleshoot the causes of application performance crashes.
9. We or our third-party partners may collect your information through cookies, identifiers and related technologies, including your device information, browsing information, click information, and store such information as log information to provide you with personalized user experience and ensure service security. You can disable or manage the use of cookies, identifiers, or related technologies through your browser Settings. At the same time, in order to ensure the stable operation of our products or achieve relevant functions, we may access software development kits (SDKS) provided by third parties to achieve the above purposes.

(II) COOKIES, Log files and WEB BEACON
We or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through COOKIES and WEB BEACON and store such information as log information.
By using COOKIES, we provide users with a simple and personalized web experience. We and third-party partners may collect and use your information through COOKIES and WEB BEACON.
We use our own COOKIES and WEB BEACONs for the following purposes:
(1) Remember your identity. For example, COOKIES and WEB BEACON help us identify you as our registered user, or keep you from providing us information about your preferences or other information;
(2) Analyze your use of our services. We can use COOKIES and WEB BEACON to learn what activities or services or services are the most popular;

If you do not want to continue to receive our messages, you may ask us to stop pushing, such as us to stop sending promotional messages according to SMS unsubscribe instructions, or setting up in mobile devices without receiving our messages, except where we send messages according to the law or the service agreement of individual services.
3. Provide security guarantee for you

4. Improve our services
We may use the information collected through a certain Fortune Service for our other services. For example, your information collected when you use a Fortune Service may be used in another Fortune Service to provide you with specific content or to show you relevant rather than universal information; we may involve you in surveys about Fortune Services to help us improve existing services or design new services; and we may use your information for software updates.
You understand and agree that after collecting your information, we will through technical means to de-identify data. De-identified information will not be able to identify your identity and the processed information cannot recover. In this case we have the right to use the de-identified information, for the user database analysis and commercial use.
If we use your information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, your prior consent will be obtained.
5. Exceptions to authorized consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, no authorization is required to collect and use your information in the following circumstances:
(1) Related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
(3) Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
(4) Only so as to protect the major legitimate rights and interests of the information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
(5) The information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;

(9) necessary for legal news reporting;
(10) When an academic research institution carries out statistical or academic research based on public interest and provides the results of academic research or description, the personal information contained in the results, and the data recipient cannot recover and re-identify the personal information;
(11) Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.
III. Information that we may share, transfer, or disclose
(1) Share
We will not share your information with any third party outside of Fortune without your consent unless to:
1. Provide you with our services. We may share your information with our partners and other third parties to achieve the core functions you need or provide the services you need, such as: providing the corresponding participation information to the conference partners;
2. Maintain and improve our services. We may share your information with partners and other third parties to help us provide you with more targeted and sophisticated services, such as communication service providers who send e-mail or push notifications on our behalf;
3. Realize the purpose described in the "How We Collect and Use Information" section in Article 2 of this Privacy Policy;
4. Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights in this Privacy Policy or our other agreements with you;
5. Share with third parties such as partners who entrust us to the promotion, but we will only provide information on the coverage and effectiveness of the promotion, not information that can identify you, such as name, phone number, or email; or we summarize the information so that it does not identify you. For example, we can tell how many people have read their promotion information or bought the client's goods after seeing the information, or provide them with statistical information that is not personally identified to help them understand their audience or customers.
6. To the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in order to comply with laws and maintain us and our related parties or partners, you or other Fortune users or public interests, property or security, such as to prevent fraud and other illegal activities and reduce credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. This, however, does not include information sold, leased, shared or otherwise disclosed for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
7. Assist in handling your disputes or disputes with others according to your legitimate needs;
8. Provide your information at the legal request of your guardian;
9. Provided by the single service agreement signed with you (including the electronic agreement signed online and the corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
10. Provide it based on academic research;
11. Provide it based on the social and public interests in accordance with laws and regulations.
We will share your information only for legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific, explicit purposes. For companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share information, we sign strict confidentiality agreements to process information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

Please note that, according to the law, sharing, transfer, disclosure of the de-identified personal information, and ensure that the data receiver cannot recover and identify the information subject, does not belong to the personal information sharing, transfer and public disclosure behavior, such data preservation and processing will not need further notice to you or obtain your consent.
IV. How do we retain, store, and protect our information
(1) Retention of personal information
We retain your information only for the period necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy unless the retention period is extended through negotiation or permitted by law. After exceeding the above user information retention period, we will delete or de-identify your personal information.
(2) Storage of personal information
The information collected and generated during our operations in the PRC is stored in China, except in the following cases:
1. Clear provisions of laws and regulations;
2. Obtain your authorized consent;
3. The products and services you use are cross-border, and Fortune needs to provide your personal information abroad.
In view of the above circumstances, we will ensure that your personal information is provided adequately and equally protected with that in China in accordance with this policy and national laws and regulations.
(3) Protection of personal information
We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take industry standard security measures to protect your personal information against data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or leakage. We will use trusted security mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information. We adopt strict data use and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your personal information.
Although the above reasonable and effective measures have been taken per the standards required by relevant laws, please understand that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network though we will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide us.
You know and please understand that your access to the system you use in our services may arise due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to the use of complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account password and relevant personal information to others. We remind you that you must have your account number and password information kept confidential. In all cases, please keep it with good care.
We will formulate emergency response plans and immediately launch the emergency plan in case of user information security incidents, trying to prevent the impact and consequences of these security incidents. In the event of user information security incidents (leakage, loss), we will timely inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security event, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to independently prevent and reduce the risk, remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant information in email, letter, SMS, telephone number and related forms in time. If it is difficult to inform the users one by one, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective way. At the same time, we will also report the disposal of user information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.
Once you leave Fortune and related services, browse or use other websites, services and content resources, we will not have the ability and direct obligation to protect any personal information submitted by you via software or website outside the Fortune and related services, whether you logging in, browsing or using the software or website is based on links through or guided by Fortune.
V. How do you manage your information (data subject’s rights)
(1) Access, update, and delete
We encourage you to update and modify your information to make it more accurate and effective. You can access your information through the Fortune Services, and you can complete or ask us to modify, supplement and delete it according to the management mode of the corresponding information. We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure as far as possible that you can access, update and correct your information or other information provided when using Fortune Services.
When accessing, updating, correcting, and deleting the preceding information, we may require you to authenticate to secure the information. For your information collected through COOKIES and WEB BEACON, we also describe the selection mechanism provided to you in the section-the “COOKIES, Log files and WEB BEACON” section-of this Privacy Policy.
(2) Disclosure and sharing
Our multiple services allow you to share your information not only with your social network but also with all users using the service, such as information you upload or publish in Fortune Services, your response to information uploaded or published by others, by email or within public areas visible to Fortune users, and location data and log information related to this information. As long as you do not delete your public or shared information, it may remain in the public domain; even if you delete the shared information, it may be independently cached, copied or stored by other users or by third parties not under our control, or stored by other users or such third parties. We shall not be liable for publicizing or sharing your information through the above channels and thereby disclosing your information. Therefore, we remind and ask you to carefully consider whether your information is disclosed or shared through the above channels.
(3) Cancellation
Your Fortune Service account may be cancelled or deleted under the requirements of the service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, which may be cancelled or deleted. When the account is cancelled or deleted, all the service data and data related to the account under the individual service will be deleted or processed in accordance with the service agreement of the individual service.
(4) Change the scope of your authorized consent
You can always choose whether to disclose the information or not. Some information is necessary for the use of Fortune Services, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization to continue to collect information or withdraw your authorization by removing information, shutting down device functions, etc.
After you withdraw your authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization and no longer process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the previous information processing based on your authorization.
(5) Responding to your above request
To be safe, you may need to provide a written request, or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will reply within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to us through the email contact information listed in this Privacy Policy.
We do not charge in principle for your reasonable request, but we will charge a certain cost as appropriate for repeated requests that are beyond a reasonable degree. We may reject requests that are unjustified, require excessive technical means, pose risks to the legitimate rights of others, or are very unrealistic.
We will not be able to respond to your request if the information falls within the following scope:
1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
2. Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3. Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
4. There is sufficient evidence to show that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. The response to your request will seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6. Trade secrets are involved.
(6) Tips about sensitive information
Certain information may be considered sensitive because of its particularity, such as your race, religion, personal health and medical information, as well as identification documents, personal biometric information, property information, whereabouts tracks, and personal information of minors under the age of 14 (included).
Please note that the content and information that you provide, upload, or post in your Fortune service (for example, photos or information about your social activities) may reveal your sensitive information. You need to be careful about whether to disclose your sensitive information.
You agree that your sensitive information will be processed for the purpose and manner described in the Privacy Policy.
VI. Third-party services
Fortune services may be linked to social media or other services (including websites or other services) provided by third parties, including:
(1) You can use the Share key to share some content with Fortune Services, or you can use third-party services. These features may collect your information (including your log information) and may be on your computer device COOKIES to function properly;
(2) We provide you with links through advertising or other means of our services, so that you can access the services or websites of third parties;
(3) Other circumstances of accessing third-party services.
Such third-party social media or other services are operated by the relevant third party. Your use of such social media services or other services (including any information you provide to such third party) is subject to the third party's own Terms of Service and Information Protection Statement (rather than this Privacy Policy) that you need to read carefully. This Privacy Policy applies only to any information we collect and does not apply to services provided by any third party or third parties and we assume no responsibility for any third party use of information provided by you.
VII How do we handle personal information of minors
(1) Suggestions to minors
We suggest that any minor participating in online activities should obtain the prior consent of the parents or their legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "guardian"). We will protect the relevant information of minors in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations.

We regard minors under the age of 14 (inclusive) as children.

Any modifications will put your satisfaction level in priority. We encourage you to read our privacy policy every time you use the Fortune services.
We may issue service-related announcements when required (e. g. when we suspend a service due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related announcements that are not promotive in nature.
