    在长途火车/飞机旅行中您如何让自己更加舒适？我会带蓝白条纹的睡衣，在乘国际航班时，我会在第一个小时内便换上睡衣；在感觉舒服的情况下，我会睡得更好。而且，我不想穿着正装睡觉！下飞机之前，我会重新换回正装。

    经常出差，您如何与孩子/丈夫/爱人保持健康的关系？经常保持联系。打电话、发短信、发邮件——沟通是关键。我出差回家的时候，也会给三个孩子买礼物。礼物必须能放进我的随身行李当中，而且我尽量挑选出差地最有代表性的物品。

    旅行食物：如果要开一天会或需要长途飞机旅行，你会准备哪些最喜欢的小食品？我喜欢带一些硬糖——Atomic Fireballs是我的最爱。这种糖很容易便能塞到钱包里，味道甜甜的，需要的时候，可以用来提神。

    What's your go-to travel suitcase (or bag)? A carry-on roller board suitcase. With the two item limit for carry-ons, I always travel with a large, soft-sided bag so I can consolidate. I use it as a briefcase plus stash my purse in it during boarding.

    Two apps you can't travel without? Wall Street Journal, which isn't available in print everywhere I go. Kindle, so I don't have to carry two tablets.

    You have a meeting immediately after your plane lands. What's your advice for looking presentable? I always stop at the restroom for a two-minute refresh; after overnight flights sometimes I grab a quick shower in the airline lounge.

    What are your tips for keeping relationships with kids/spouses/partners healthy when you're always on the road? I make it a point of phoning my husband, and kids when they were growing up, before their bedtime every night, no matter what time zone I'm in. It's the least hectic time of day for them and it reassures them that I'm safe and available if they need me.

    What's your go-to travel suitcase (or bag)? I use a Tumi suitcase and carry a hot pink carry-on roller bag from Wal-Mart. I like to have lots of choices in my suitcase, depending on my mood. I stash my comfy shoes, PJs and the all important extra handbag or two in my carry-on.

    Two apps you can't travel without? Ebay and the New York Times. I use the Ebay app to check on my bids while I travel -- I love a good deal! I also like to read and do the New York Timescrossword puzzle in between answering work emails.

    How do you stay comfortable during long train/plane rides? I bring my blue and white striped pajamas to change into in the first hour of my international flights; I sleep better when I'm comfortable, plus, I don't want to sleep in my clothes! Before landing, I change back.

    You have a meeting immediately after your plane lands. What's your advice for looking presentable? I always get dressed up to fly and bring a Hermes scarf on the plane. It is a quick way to glam up before an immediate meeting.

    Beauty products you never travel without? Whenever I get a manicure before traveling, I make sure to buy a bottle of the polish to bring with me. That way, if I chip a nail, I have the right polish no matter where I am.

    What are your tips for keeping relationships with kids/spouses/partners/friends healthy when you're always on the road? Always check in. Call, text, email -- communication is key. I also bring gifts home for my three sons. It has to fit in my carry-on, and I try to choose items that represent where I have been.

    Travel food: what's your go to snack for a long day of meetings or a long plane ride? I like to have hard candies with me -- Atomic Fireballs are my favorite. They are easy to tuck in a purse and provide a little sweet pick-me-up when needed.
