企业收购层出不穷

    Salesforce.com是一家为网络社交型企业提供CRM软件和云计算解决方案的公司。传统的科技巨头最终终于接受了这家公司的理念，那就是利用远程计算机服务器来为其他公司提供商业软件服务。眼前就有很好的例子：IBM公司以4.4亿美元的价格收购了基于云计算的数据分析公司DemandTec；SAP公司以34亿美元的价格收购了人力资源软件公司SuccessFactors；甲骨文公司（Oracle）则以15亿美元买入了基于云计算的产品搜索和客户服务公司RightNow科技。未来，此类收购还会不断发生，因为这些企业都开始进一步意识到了软件向依托于网络的产品和服务转变已是大势所趋。

More enterprise acquisitions

    Big tech companies are finally wizening up to Salesforce.com's philosophy of using remote computer servers to offer business software services to other companies. Case in point: IBM (IBM) is buying the cloud-based data analysis company DemandTec for $440 million. SAP (SAP) is paying $3.4 billion for the human resources software company SuccessFactors. And Oracle (ORCL) is acquiring the cloud-based product research and customer service company RightNow Technologies for $1.5 billion. Acquisitions like these will continue as businesses further realize the software shift to web-based products and services.
